Your first task with Punisher Frank Reade is to do battle with him .. or rather, Vivid Frank Reade, a Lv199 Boss who will destroy you even with the best of gear.
Be thankful though! He doesn't have any info to obtain. Although his attack power is in six digits with no way to reduce it.

Notes: SNIPE TEAM ADVISED! AVOID MASS-DOTS.
This quest calls for you to rescue Enrique Mas. This means you must kill the primary boss without killing Enrique.
The boss is a standard boss, not weakened like the other rescue-based bosses so has a fair bit of health to him, unlike Enrique who will die fairly fast if your not careful, even to DoT ("Damage Over Time") attacks.
Struggling on your own? This guy is party-able so just bring along a friend and snipe out the main boss together.

Lily's Soul

#L001 - Quest 1 - Saving Soul

Notes: Saving Soul is another rescue quest introduced to us recently, although can be quite a tricky one given the formation.
The "Agonizing Souls" you have to save only come three per group; one in the frontrow, and two at either sides of the midrow.
Its best advised to either snipe down the boss, or hit him with cannon fire. He'll fall within a couple of rounds, and providing you didn't kill any of the Agonizing Souls you'll rescue three per battle.
There is another variety of Soul with him as well. You can kill these freely however to reduce any damage your taking.
